Acne or pimples, as they are commonly called, are groups of boils that occur on the face. It is a common skin condition, which is manifested in blackheads, whiteheads, red spots, and sometimes
deeper boil-like lesions called nodules or cysts. While it may afflict a person at any age, it is usually considered a cause of great distress during the teenage years.
